While Aldwin Tekiel is in fact the heir to his house, he certainly doesn't act like it - at least not in public. He certainly doesn't dress the part, for one thing; his clothes are perpetually rumpled, almost as if he slept in them just to achieve that carefully disheveled cavalier image he favors so much. While possessed of a sharp mind and a keen wit, he generally prefers using them to charm his way into the hearts of the numerous noblewomen who follow him around like lovestruck shadows rather than applying himself to further his house's interests with other families. Known for his adaptive and free-flowing style both in the dueling ring and on the dance floor, Aldwin has a knack for adding a lively spark to any given situation. His lighthearted and easygoing nature makes it easy to break the ice with new people, and he's quick to make friends with just about anyone, so long as they're noble. You can read more about Aldwin in his application, found here. "I must remember to be careful around you, Lord Aldwin. I see you have the tongue of a charmer. Some close friends have told me you and Lord Efram have a reputation for breaking hearts. A woman must take care of her heart you see, especially around clever men. I think I shall have to dance lightly around the two of you." ~Delissia Arnell, The Casuana Ball Part 1 Atier. He liked it. It was a good word. Of course, he'd have to rename the thing if they ever took the atium off it, so he should probably compliment Lady Casuana on her lovely atier before he had to come up with another name for the bloody thing. --Aldwin Tekiel, The Casuana Ball Part 2
