This is the Adoptable Character Form. Grab the code, copy/paste it into a new thread or blank word processing document, and fill it out to submit your adoptable character.

[b]Name:[/b] If known. If you don't have any exact names in mind, you can list any preferences here instead, or indicate that you're leaving it up to the adopter.
[b]Age:[/b] You should at least have a rough age range to put here.
[b]Gender:[/b] Male? Female? Doesn't Matter?
[b]Powers:[/b] Mistborn, Lurcher, Feruchemist, None, etc.
[b]Role:[/b] This is what you want the character to be. Examples would include House Heir, Love Interest, Political Rival, etc.

[b]Other Pertinent Information:[/b] Anything else you know about the character can go here. Are there any personality traits or parts of a history that must be included? Any key relationships that need to be mentioned? List them here!

[b]Approve Before Accepting?:[/b] Yes or no. If you enter YES, you must approve the adopter's final character before the staff can accept him/her or not. If you select NO, you forego this right and allow the staff - and only the staff - to make the final decision.
