Skaa half-breeds are being taught the power of Allomancy, something that the Lord Ruler's obligators said only existed in the nobility. The enslaved skaa, with their murderous benefactor, now fight back against a living god's oppression.

So, the Inquisition was formed. The nobles begin to fear assassination from all sides. The times of nobility Mistborn killing each other are over. The Steel Inquisitors look for aristocrat traitors and insurgent skaa, and the skaa try with all their strength to merely survive. Character Information

Name: Fisel
Type: Terrisman
Age: 33
Gender: Male Eunuch
Place of Origin: Breeding Programs/Terris
Occupation: Tutor
Relationship Status: N/A

Powers?: Yes
Type: Feruchemy
Metal(s) Used: Standard set of metalminds. Of particular note: goldminds, ironminds, steelminds, zincminds, pewterminds, brassminds.
Skill Level: Advanced usage of: gold, iron, steel, zinc, pewter, and brass. Intermediate use of all others.
Status: Hidden, but known to anyone he fights in the Arena.
Special Skills: Fighting. He has extensive knowledge of an ancient Terris martial art utilizing Feruchemy in combat. Though he is the only living practitioner and therefore limited by having only his dry texts as teachers, he's nevertheless practiced for decades and has grown quite good. He is also an excellent singer and guitar-player, and has written a number of musical ditties that teach knowledge that would be passed on in an analogue to elementary school.

Strengths: A natural scholar, he approaches fights as abstract tests of the principles of combat. He is good at fighting very detached from his own emotions.

Weaknesses: His overall structure suggests a body that, had it been allowed to develop naturally, would be musculed and powerful; however, denied sufficient testosterone from birth, he is quite a bit weaker and flabbier than he'd otherwise be.

Overall Personality: An amiable man, he approaches combat as a fascinated researcher. He enjoys victory, but is ecstatic when he loses, as he feels it allows for far more information to be gathered. He feels comraderie with anyone he fights either with or against. He has a tendency to assume that those around him are interested in anything that interests him, and he can ramble a lot.

Appearance: Tall, as terrismen are. Broad, with the slightly doughy look of a man who was castrated at birth. Bald. Ears elongated by the weight of earrings. Typically grinning, and his large brown eyes twinkle.

Brief History: Trained in secret as a Keeper, his specialty was Feruchemy itself, studying all he could about the ancient art, hoping to learn some things his forebears could do with the trait that has been lost in time.

As a steward, he was assigned to act as guardian, teacher, and "nanny" to the children of an atypically prolific noble family of five children; practically unheard of in the Final Empire.

One day, while alone with the children at a picnic in the countryside, a wild animal attacked. To save the children, Fisel called upon the traits stored in his metalminds and fought, and slew, the beast; unfortunately this was obvious to the children. They didn't know what he did, but they saw it, and would surely describe it to others.

He took the children to see the Synod, and it was decided they had to be held captive for the rest of their lives for the good of the Synod.

Fisel himself was beaten to within an inch of his life and left at the picnic site, with a story of bandits kidnapping the children for ransom. His story was believed, and when no ransom note arrived, it was assumed the bandits simply killed the children.

Fisel was outcast from terris society for nearly betraying their greatest secret. He is viewed as somewhat bad luck by noble society, though ironically the family itself always knew how much he loved the kids, and saw his wounds with their own eyes, and never blamed him, though now child-less they didn't require his services anymore. He now works as a steward to any family too poor to refuse his services, though no one has trusted him with their children again.
