So, the Inquisition was formed. The nobles begin to fear assassination from all sides. The times of nobility Mistborn killing each other are over. Occupation: Steward.
Marital Status: Single

Type of Powers: Feruchemy
Metals Used: Two coppermind armbands (One holds general knowledge of the keepers, the other hold his specialty), A few coppermind earrings for notes, One small ironmind ring, a steelmind ring, a tinmind ring, and one bronzemind ring.

Eyes: His are a dark brown and are small.
Height: 6' 5"
Weight: 180lbs
Voice:Forever calm, a soft baritone.
Overall Appearance: Vizar is a typical terrisman steward. He is a tall man, with darker skin that has an almost olive-shade. If he were to let his hair grow out, it would be a dark brown. He keeps it shaven as is practically required of stewards. His eyes are a dark shade of brown -- nearly black -- and aren't very large. He has a strong jaw, and high cheekbones. The man has a softness about his features that makes him approachable, but he looks serious most of the time. Vizar is tall at almost six-and-a-half feet tall. He wears the robes of a Terrisman steward. The deep, colored V-shaped patterns are his habitual garb. He rarely has occasion to wear anything else.

Special Skills: Reading, writing, deception, secrecy, poise.
Strengths: Vizar is good at manipulating others, but he rarely uses that to his advantage. He is good at talking to people and interacting with others,  He has a basic knowledge of medicine, and all etiquette structures of the Final Empire -- thanks to his coppermind.
Weaknesses: He is terrible at saying no to an order -- even if it were for the good of the one giving the order. He is very proud; this pride can hurt him at times -- especially when interacting with nobles who feel he is their lesser. He spends a lot of his free time studying. He has a hard time hiding his emotions at times, but not always.

Vizar is kind to those that show him kindness. He believes that everyone should be treated with respect, no matter what their rank. He has been brought up in a world where his race is under that of the nobles, but he doesn't feel that is true. He feels that the Terrismen should be held above everyone -- save the lord ruler. The Terris people were around before the nobles were, and therefore should be more important. He keeps his thoughts to himself most of the time, which proves to his benefit. He feels that if he reveals his thoughts on these matters to anyone -- even members of his own race -- he would be ruined.

As a Keeper, Vizar has learned that knowledge is the most frightening power of all. He would feel incredibly lost without his metalminds and his folk-tales. He finds comfort in listening to old tales of times before the Lord Ruler, and looks forward to passing these stories onto the Keeper Synod. Vizar doesn't speak of himself often, but likes to keep the conversation toward other people. That is part of his protective nature of himself and of his knowledge. He pretends not to have the knowledge of dozens of generations readily available to him -- unless it is required. He is very loyal to the house of nobles he serves, and would offer them aid, should they need it. He wouldn't even have to be told to do it.

In short, he is proud, reserved, poised, and very secretive.

Vizar was born into the world via a breeder. The Keepers were very intelligent to send known Feruchemists into the breeding program. They always came out with a few more Feruchemists in every generation. Vizar was educated in the ways of the Keepers at a very early age. He was given the knowledge of the Keepers and was given an area to collect more knowledge of. He set out when he was of age to collect stories. He only ventured as far as the lands of the Northern Dominance reached, however -- and never went beyond.

Vizar collected stories from the oldest of the Skaa villagers, and the people of the cities. He searched through many areas of his life to find the stories people would tell late at night to keep demons away -- for that was their main purpose. They were used to boost the morale of any person sitting within earshot. Chances were that if the Lord Ruler fell, people would need these stories once again. They would need that small boost of morale to get them through cold nights.

The Keeper had a whirlwind romance with a Terriswoman. He couldn't have her any children or show his love in any physical way because he, like most terrismen, was a eunich. He spent most of his time trying to write stories for her...but she had no interest in them. She was a very practical woman, and the stories seemed pointless to her. Vizar abandoned his search for stories to spend time with her. He wanted her to be his entire life -- until she was chosen to be a breeder. She had no Feruchemical powers. The woman soon produced many sons.

An investigation went underway in order to make sure that the Terriswoman (Tizia) was not a Feruchemist. One of the sons she produced ended up having Feruchemical powers. The woman had no idea how this could have happened, but no matter how much she told them that, they wouldn't believe her. The interrogation ended in the death of Tizia, leaving Vizar devastated. He didn't know what to do with himself for a very long time.

The man ended up deciding that she was dedicated to her cause, even when she was chosen to be a breeder. He felt that she should not have been killed, but what death was just in these times? Vizar decided to make a change. He was going to make himself a Terris Steward and put himself in the spotlight. He heard a story told by a nobleman, and realized that he had been looking to the skaa for the furthering of his research, when he should have been looking to those who could read and write.

Vizar entered the house of Landell with a list of nearly ten noble houses he had served in the Southern Dominance. These were all fabricated, of course -- Vizar had never been outside of the Northern Dominance. He moved to Luthadel in order to continue his research, and perhaps gleam a little light into why the Terris people were treated so poorly. When not watching the beloved daughter of the Landell house, Tamsin, Vizar spends his time in the Keep's library. He brings many of the books back to his room with him to study further.

The mist departed right on schedule, as Vizar looked toward the horizon. He saw the red sun rising over a brown earth. Vizar's journey from the Northern Dominance had proven to be a very pleasant one. He got to watch many people interact on the Canals. He could watch everyone work and he would not need to do any himself. That was how the world was supposed to be. The man smiled as he stood on a barge which floated down the canal. Ash had begun to fall, peppering his shoulders with black. The colored robes he wore were the traditional ones of a Steward. He hadn't been wearing them for too long, but they felt comfortable. He would be ready to take up his position in the Landell House as a Steward and a Keeper. He wouldn't reveal himself to any of the House; that would be the end of his career and perhaps the death of those stories he loved so much to learn about.

Vizar took a deep breath and started to fill his tinmind. His vision became nauseatingly blurry and he was forced to sit on a wooden crate positioned next to him. He sat with his vision blurry for almost ten minutes. He couldn't see anything -- his own hand was too blurry for him to be able to see. Finally he had enough sight saved in his tinmind to be useful sometime in the future. He stopped filling the tinmind -- thus regaining his natural sight. The man stood once again and looked out over the landscape. They passed a farm where skaa workers made sure the ash didn't bury plants. They pulled the ash from the plants to help them grow... and if one of them lagged behind the rest of them, there were men there to make them speed up. It was a terrible sight for Vizar to see anyone beaten. It made him think of the interrogation of Tizia. She was a gorgeous creature... and she was beaten, bludgeoned to death.

"You must forgive me, Tizia, my thoughts rest too heavily on you this morning," Vizar spoke mainly to himself, just to keep himself from going crazy. It took weeks of travel to get from his homeland in Terris to the Central Dominance. This was the fastest way to travel, though. Vizar spent most of his time on the top of the boat that carried him down the canal. They would be reaching Luthadel in the evening of that very day. He would finally get to see the city which had been described to him -- in detail -- so many years ago. He held knowledge of Luthadel in the coppermind bracers he had around his arms. He did not search for them, yet, however. There were too many people on this boat. Anyone could be bought for information about a new Terrisman coming into town -- no matter how proud. He would only be able to fill his copperminds when he was in private. It would be difficult, but it was something he would have to make sure he did.

The sun was about to set, and Vizar could see Kredik Shaw on the horizon. Spires shot up into the sky, and Vizar wanted a closer look; he tapped his tinmind for sight. Soon he felt a sickening as his vision enhanced. He could pick out small details now, but his nearsighted vision took a hit. He couldn't see anything close up at all. He saw the spires reaching for the sky. That castle looked menacing in Vizar's eyes. He could tell why the most tyrannical man of the last century would want to live there. Turning off his tin, he spent the remainder of the journey reading a manuscript, sitting on the boat. He had a small, slanted cover for the book to keep the ash from staining the pages. Vizar was lost in thought.

Okay, first of all, I'd like to apologize for the delay in responding to your character. Finals tend to make things very, very hectic. So I'm sorry for that. But now finals are over, for me at least, so we don't have to worry about that! Until next semester, at least. :P

Anyways, you're Accepted! Welcome to the RP!
