He and his twin sister were kept quiet from the world, and his father decided it would be best to place them in the care of a kindly merchant family. Because of he was a half skaa Allomancer, he, and by extension, his sister (who showed no signs of Allomancy), would always be hunted. So, his father taught him the way of Allomancy and fighting to protect both himself and his sister.

On one unfortunate day, when they were 14, a nobleman broke into his home, killed his father and family, and kidnapped his Talia. In a blind rage, he struck down the man.

Roleplay Sample
Khaelys floated in the mist.
He had never feared the mist as the other skaa had. Why should he? It didn't harm him. It hid him. Even if someone looked directly at him, floating there, no one could see him. He was invisible. Just how he liked it.
He couldn't help but think back to how he had got there. After all he had been there... 2 hours? It was difficult to tell time while floating in the mists. He recalled that day where he had first burned steel. He felt.... power. More than he had ever felt before. It was difficult to live a life where you could never leave the house. Where you could never talk to anyone. Where your only friend was your own thoughts.
He thought forward to the time he had almost killed the Inquisitor. Almost. But then he remembered something far more sinister. He killed his sister. Not almost. Dead.
He heard footsteps, and his eyes snapped open. His heart fluttered, like it had every time he was on a mission. The footsteps became louder.
"...and he knows that I cannot give him any more pewter. Not after what he did to his mother." a deep voice said. Teyrin Penrod.
"You should not bother yourself, my lord." said a deeper voice. Penrod's Terrisman. "Though he is heir to your house, he is not your son. He is your brother's."
"Where is Yowlan?" said Penrod, deflecting the conversation. "He should have been here by now."
Khaelys dropped. He landed with a thump. The two men turned to look at the form that dropped behind them.
"Bleeding out in and alleyway, I can only assume." stated Khaelys. "However, that should be the least of your worries. A more pressing matter, however, should be whether or not you have had your will made out." He let one of his steel daggers drop into his hand. They were weighted so they would fly point first if Pushed. "By the look of your face I can assume not." He threw his dagger, and Pushed it lightly. It flew into the throat of the Terrisman. He fell with a gurgle.
The noble man stared for a moment."Do you know how hard it is to get one of those?" Penrod whispered beneath his breath. "Do you know how much they cost? More than you will ever see in your life". And with that, the noble ran at Khaelys. He ran faster than any person should have been able to run.
"Pewter." Khaelys whispered beneath his breath. He Pushed on the coin beneath him. He shot into the mist, crested over Penrod's head, and landed behind him. He pulled a hand full of coins from his pouch. Penrod spun around, pulling his dueling cane out from his belt, and resumed his dash at Khaelys. Khaelys waited until the man was close, then Pushed the coins at him. Three of the five coins found their marks. Penrod cried out as the projectiles passed into his body, but continued to charge. Pewter not only strengthened the body, but made pain less acute.
Penrod swung his cane at Khaelys. Khaelys felt ribs crack, but he ignored the pain as he pulled out a dagger and Pushed. The blade flew through the air, slammed into the head of Penrod, and exited out the back of his skull. Penrod stumbled and fell. Khaelys knew that he was going to have to take a few weeks off from his injuries. He pulled the blade out of the un-named Terrisman's throat, and set off for the underground.

I've gone ahead and split your latest app into its own thread; we want to make sure the first character profile people see when they look up your character is the up-to-date one. I've also taken the liberty of fixing your broken center tag. I hope you don't mind.

Anyways, that said, thanks for making all the edits we requested! I am pleased to let you know that you have been Accepted, and to welcome you once again to the RP!

Also, please don't forget those line breaks between paragraphs! Your RP sample is really hard to read as it is.
