Appearance: A glance over of Kyrios usually yeilds two obvious features. The first are the tattoos which mark him as a Canton of Resource Obligator and highlight the second feature, the intensity of his amber eyes.Further observation of Kyrios shows a slightly short man who appears about thirty. His clothing is varied day by day, but he prefers lighter colors and loose fitting clothing.

Special Skills: Logistics and planning, cyphering and encrypting, literacy
Strengths: misdirection, organization, lying
Weaknesses: combat, physical efforts, uncoordinated

Personality: Kyrios avoids direct confrontation when possible, since he prefers to act through intermediaries. This gives him someone to take the fall in case things go wrong. He tends to act reserved around new people or when he is thinking hard, but is quick to relax. He tends to accept the ideals and opinions of others, but doesn't give out his support easily. He envies the power of allomancers, but is glad that he isn't one. He only has mild distatste for skaa, but finds them useful tools on occasion. He inherited some of his father's paranoia but this doesn't extend much beyond not being able to sleep with his back facing doors or windows.

History: Kyrios was born to Feliu Levesque and Meline Noelin in Western Dominanace in the year 892. Growing up, he spent much time with his grandfather, Telesphore, learning quite a bit from him; his brother Eloi, on the other hand, spent more time with their father. The levesque house was quite powerful at the time, and was about to make its bid to become a great house. However, disaster struck in the form of a heartattack which took the life of Telesphore. Feliu immediately took power, and proceeded to run the enitre house into the ground through bad deals, poor leadership, and a mild sprinkling of paranoia when his wife left and moved to her ancestral estates in Terris Dominance. The fall was assisted by other houses, not wishing to see a competitor rise, until the house was barely a shadow of its former self. This continued for ten years, before the two brothers executed a hostile takeover. After dealing with their father, they began the slow process of recovery, with Eloi as the new head of Levesque House. Kyrios planned to become an obligator of the Canton of Resource and work from the inside to regain house favor.

Roleplay Sample
"We need you here Kyrios."
Kyrios turned his gaze from the ash covered statues being placed in the courtyard to his brother.
"I don't see how my presense is required. You have the restoration well in hand, and it would be better to show the world that there is a clear leader."
Eloi shakes his hair out of his eyes, a clear sign of irritation,"I barely took control after the mess our father left of this house. Are you aware that we aren't even considered a minor house? That is the situation we are in, I need you."
Kyrios turns back to the statues, "We canot afford to ignore the Ministry either. "
"You are still going to go through with that foolish-"
"It is hardly foolishness when our house is built on good relations with the Canton of Resources. Afterall, they could just as easily deny our business and we would be truly destroyed. The only reason the Canton allows us to run a business on prospecting and land surveys is that it is cheaper to hire us both rather than spend their own manpower and time."
"So send someone else. We have plenty of people sitting around wasting our money."
"Do you really trust them? We don't have anyone loyal enough to us to keep such a secret. Money oils many a shut gate."
The elder brother kicks a pile of ash off the balconey, "I still think you shouldn't go."
"stop whining."
"I'm not-"
"You are."
With a small amount of grumbling, Eloi turned and left. They had gone through this many times before and Eloi agreed upon the necessity of the mission, but agreeing didn't mean he had to like it. Kyrios turned his gaze back to the statues, though his attention was already turned inward, plans were laready being made, rearranged and prioritized, or scrapped.

Kyrios rifled through the sheets before turning to what appeared to be an accounting ledger. Then, taking out another sheet from his robe, he swapped them. A near copy of the one now in his hands; near because of several barely noticeable mistakes scattered around the document. Putting the files back and the true document into a bundle of similar pages, Kyrios glanced at the clock. It as almost time. Kyrios moved to hide behind a set of cabinets. Moments later, another man nervously entered and immediately moved to the shelf containing the fake file. As expected, Alfonse Daal drew out the copy Kyrios put in. Wasting no time, the man went to work, changing numbers so that the numbers showed less than the amount that was in the treasury.

Or should have been that is. Daal had been taking money from each transaction made by the Canton and editing the ledgers to cover his gains. By Kyrios' estimate, the man had gathered around six thousand Boxings. Normally, the changes made to the original documents would have been barely detectable and hard to use as evidence, but for the past several days, Kyrios had been making purposefully bad copies of all the ledgers that Daal hit. It was almost time for the trap to snap shut on Daal's little operation.

Moving further back into the accounting room, Kyrios exited out of a window left wedged open. Moving quickly through the courtyard and living quarters, it was a simple matter for Kyrios to enter Alfonse's room, the fool left it unlocked. It was not that Kyrios didn't feel bad for what he was doing, it was just that family came first, despite vows of renouncing allegiance to any House. Regardless, Daal was embezzling money, Kyrios had been looking for such a person. Kyrios slid the packet into a crack in the floorboards and exited the room. Twenty four hours later, an unconscious Daal was being dragged from the accounting room as his room was ransacked, the packet of true ledgers was found of course.

Kyrios picked up a copper clip off his desk and put it into his pocket. To anyone else, the items on his desk may have seemed like the random assortment of detritus gathered by a mild pack-rat, but to Kyrios it was an organized display of plans in progress and plans yet to be.

In a corner sat a pile of tiny lead bars, the Great Houses which would soon become the competition of House Levesque. They will have to be dealt with eventually and I can't even touch them as I am now. Closer to the center was a small iron ring, a reminder to be careful. It would benefit no one for me to get caught, I must step carefully always. In another corner stood a steel pin stuck into a piece of wood, which loomed over a packet of dirt. The enigmatic inquisitors and the skaa rebellion. Those inquisitors, I know little about them and that makes it hard to plan, though they seem distracted by the skaa right now. Closest to the item in the center was a stack of Boxings. More of a goal than a plan, I feel so limited its frustrating. In the center of the array sat a measure. House Levesque, central to all his plans. The whole reason for my coming here after all. Damn you, father, and all that you ruined.
